Yes. B-Built Projects is a fully licensed residential builder in NSW. We carry public liability insurance and Home Building Compensation (HBC) cover on all projects over $20,000, as required by law. We're happy to show proof of both before any work starts.
Everything we've agreed on. Materials, labour, trade coordination, approvals, and site management. We'll walk you through what's in and what's not before you sign, so there are no grey areas. Things like council fees, engineering, or owner-selected fixtures are listed separately where applicable.
Ben. You'll deal directly with him from quote through to handover. We don't pass you off to someone you've never met halfway through the job. One point of contact, consistent communication, and you'll always know who to call.
Not always. For smaller renovations, we can stage the work so you stay in the home. For major structural work or builds where the roof comes off, we'll usually recommend a short period off-site. We'll let you know early so you can plan ahead.
We're based in the Hawkesbury and work across Greater Western Sydney, the Hills District, and surrounding suburbs. That includes areas like Kenthurst, Kurrajong, Maraylya, Glossodia, Richmond, Windsor, and the broader north-west. If you're outside those areas, get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.
We work on fixed-price contracts. You'll know the full cost before we start. The quote breaks down what's included so there's nothing ambiguous. If anything changes during the build, it's quoted and approved by you in writing before we proceed.
It depends on the scope. A bathroom might take 2 to 3 weeks. A full renovation can run 3 to 6 months. A new home build is typically 6 to 12 months. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start and keep you updated if anything shifts.
We have our own carpentry and building crew who handle the core of every project. For specialist trades like plumbing, electrical, and tiling, we use trusted subcontractors we've worked with for years. We manage and coordinate all of them on your behalf.
It happens, especially in older homes. If we find water damage, faulty wiring, structural issues, or anything unexpected during the build, we'll flag it with you the same day. You'll get a clear explanation of the issue, a recommendation on how to fix it, and a written cost before we go ahead.
